Faq

What if I've never done yoga before?

That's totally fine because all classes are beginner-friendly. 

do i need a yoga mat?

If you have a mat, bring it. If not, no worries, I always have extras. And if you like, you can bring a cushion to sit on. And don't forget your water.

where can i park?

There's lots of free parking on Griffith Park Blvd. and across the street from the studio. You'll get an email with all the details after you sign up.

i'm not flexible, now what?

You don't need to be flexible to do Kundalini Yoga because it's very different from the more mainstream yoga styles.

how do i sign up?

Click the REGISTER BUTTON and it will take you to the registration page. There, you'll select a class time that works for you. And you'll get a confirmation email and also a reminder an hour before class.
